When you exchange your VEX Gift Card for a digital e-Gift you can expect to receive it within just a few minutes. If your collection code doesn't arrive in a timely manner please start by taking a look in your spam folder just in case it's dropped in there. It's also worth noting that sometimes company firewalls and mail filters can also block incoming email.
If you've topped up the value of your VEX Gift Card using a credit/debit card or other payment method then we may be conducting a secondary security check. These checks can take a few hours to complete please allow extra time especially at our busiest periods such as Christmas.
If your e-Gift doesn't arrive please submit a ticket to our Customer Solutions team and we'll quickly resolve the problem for you.
